Free-Work Group acquires IT jobsite Technojobs.

Free-Work Group, a leading French company developing IT talent and sourcing services, running both www.free-work.com and www.turnover-it.com, announces the acquisition of Technojobs, one of the biggest IT jobsites in the UK.  The sale includes www.technojobs.co.uk and its portfolio of award -winning websites in the group, including www.womenintech.co.uk  and www.contractoruk.com.

Orchestrated by Beaumonde Consulting, a cross-border corporate finance boutique, Managing Director Sarah Rees states: “with both companies each delivering thousands of job adverts per year to their local IT talent pool, and servicing major recruiters and employers of the IT/tech industry on both sides of the Channel with over one million job applications and access to over one million candidates, the benefits of aligning both companies are clear and exciting”.

Anthony Sherick, Director for Technojobs welcomes the acquisition and new investment, to take advantage of a fast growing market and develop the existing services. “We are eager to offer new technologies to our clients and users, growing our capabilities in data collection, matching and analytics, of which Free-Work has invested significantly”.

Technojobs provides tech job advertising, employer branding and contractor services to a client portfolio that includes many global brands and household names across all sectors including financial, government, sports, aviation and retail.

Olivier Martin, who has been running Free-Work Group since 2018 said: “I am very proud that the Technojobs team chose to grow alongside us. Anthony leads a very experienced and strong team and we are thrilled to join forces in our effort to deliver IT recruiters with accurate and valuable data, whilst supporting candidates to find new tech roles”.

Further to this acquisition, Free-Work Group will be generating over £7m revenue, from over 2,000 clients, served by over 40 people, with offices in France and the UK.
