Were your resolutions career based- maybe to get a new job or a promotion?  Then don’t panic- just because you didn’t resolve this in January doesn’t mean you have to give up. • First of all you need to know exactly what you are looking for- are you looking for a new job, a complete new career change or just changing your approach to your current job. Also consider what you want out of this career change, job satisfaction, salary increase, to be valued as an individual or just simple change
  • Have realistic expectations and goals- make sure your core skills are in line with the requirements of the job you are applying for.
