Qualifications:

- Proven experience leading design teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Expertise in GDS standards and familiarity with government digital services.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
