Test Manager - M365, Legal Sector

We have an urgent requirement for a Test Manager working on a Microsoft M365 implementation in the Legal Sector. The Test Manager will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the quality assurance processes across multiple deliverables connected with M365. They will act as the central point of contact for all QA activities, and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that all testing phases are delivered to agreed time and quality standards. Experience of implementing M365 is paramount, as is the ability to document meaningful, risk based and programme specific test strategies and offer solutions around automation and performance testing.

Essential Experience includes:

* 5+ years experience working as a Test Manager, with a proven track record in coordinating QA activities and driving successful project delivery, within the legal sector

* Excellent experience of managing testing resources and working with Senior stakeholders in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

* Experience in defining and implementing QA processes designing test strategies

* Experience on Microsoft 365 modules: SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI etc.

* Experience in test management tools, linking test cases to requirements and all the way through to defects

* Knowledge of Microsoft flows/workflows and DevOps

* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is desirable.

* Good understanding of test automation, ideally with some performance testing knowledge.
