Helpdesk / 1st line / 2nd line support based in central London

The customer element entails working on their service desk to assist the user base with 1st line calls. You will be working with the team to deliver on our 2nd line service desk also.

Assist the customer on their helpdesk (50%) Work alongside the teams in line with the call queue and SLA (50%)

Manage and maintain the customers print solution - Proactively Manage supplies / supply levels for customers printing solution Work towards resolutions in line with the customers SLA Provide customer service to external customer using a consistent approach Good understanding of IT Service desk experience
