Training Lead - Order Comms - Sunquest ICE

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Training workstream lead for Order Comms project

- Attend all Order Comms project meetings (or delegate where unavailable)

- Create the Order Comms training plan, including tasks, risks and issues

- Produce and maintain all training project documentation as required (such as highlight reports, presentation slides and risks and issues logs)

- Complete a training impact assessment (gap analysis) to identify training requirements

- Identify target audience for training (including System admin, Trust staff and GP surgeries)

- Identify a Super User network for Order Comms

- Chair Training workstream meetings

- Identify training formats

- Create a lesson plan for each course identified

- Create elearning course using Adobe Captivate for each course identified

- Co-ordinate and schedule training delivery for identified target audience

- Deliver training sessions for identified target audience

- Co-ordinate and provide floor-walking support at go-live and for the period identified in the training plan

Essential

- Experienced in creating and delivering training on Sunquest-Clinisys ICE

- Experienced in creating elearning content using Adobe Captivate (version 9 or 10)

- Experienced Training lead for IT Projects

- Experienced in creating and delivering training packages for organisations of approx. 3000 users

- Able to travel to identified sites across Surrey

Desirable

- Knowledge of Sunquest ICE Version 7 and 8 enterprise

- Experience working in an NHS environment
