JAVA DEVELOPER

6 months contract initially

Worthing Based

Daily rate £500- £575 per day

**** OUTSIDE OF IR35 ****

Our client, a global leading consultancy is looking for a Java Developer to be based in Worthing on an initial 6 month contract,

The right candidate with have numerous years working as a java developer and within that have Mobile experience and building Android applications.

Job spec below

Experience of building Android applications in Java using Android SDK

Strong understanding of object-oriented software development Mobile application development experience (Android, J2ME or Blackberry) Understanding of large and complex code bases, including API design techniques to help keep them clean and maintainable.

Programming experience in Java and related frameworks Knowledge of multi-threading and memory management specific to mobile devices and caching mechanisms Plus then the usual stuff that is asked for around Government experience etc
