DV Cleared - Technical Design Authority.

Our Client has an exciting opportunity to work as a DV cleared Technical Design Authority playing a vital role in the standardisation and integrity of the Enterprise Hosting Architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical design of the Compute & Storage hosting infrastructure.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- A proven background of working in a Technical Design/Systems architect role with an ability to guide solutions/project teams whilst ensuring compliance.

- In depth knowledge of hosting infrastructure (VMWare, Hyper-V, SAN and Storage), Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, POSTGRES/SQL, Mongo), Backup (VEEAM & HP Data Protector) and Security products including Application Control and Hot Based Firewalls

- A good understanding of application integration including COTS and in-house developer products

- Ability to deliver presentations to peers and senior management

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills. Ability to influence and gain buy-in within the business

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 18 weeks.
