SERVICE DESK ANALYST / 1ST LINE SUPPORT / iOS / WINDOWS / SC CLEARED / NATO SECRET / 6 MONTHS

RATE: EUR37.50 - 40 PER HOUR

LOCATION: BRUSSELS

CLEARANCE: NATO SECRET / SC

DURATION: 6 MONTHS

Background:

Due to a large migration from the old to the new NATO site in Belgium there is need for support staff (Service Desk type personnel) for the hand-out and user enrolment of IPhones and laptops.

Duties:

The work is the preparation of the devices, and assisting the users to initialize for first use. A brief technical introduction training is provided by NATO, and well as on the job training. The lead remains in the hands of NATO, and there is a core of support personnel internally from NATO.

Technical Skills/Experience Required:

* Experience in the deployment of end-user mobile devices/phones/laptops on a medium computer network. Should have experience with iOS and Windows mobile devices/laptops.

* Practical experience as a system administrator preferably with an emphasis on the roll-out and administration of mobile devices

* Familiar with Service Desk applications and procedures for incident, problem, and change management.

* Be able to assist in the documentation of trouble shooting guides and How-To Guides for mobile devices for distribution to support staff and users.

* In addition to at least 2 years of practical experience as a system administrator preferably with an emphasis on the administration of mobile devices, will be required to demonstrate: Experience with Mobile Iron, Windows Mobile Device Center or other Mobile Device Management software.

* Experience in deploying iOS devices and Windows devices.

* Experience with Virtual Private Networks and VPN Clients.

* IT-savy young IT-professional
