Digital Learning Manager - DV Cleared

Working in Central Government a Digital Learning Manager is required for a Client who are looking to drive digital e-learning. Helping to redesign the learning and Development approach and drive a culture shift.

Responsibilities:

-Ensure the Digital curriculum remains current and coherent, and is embedded in all L&D

-Engage with HR Business Partners and team leads to identify, document and support personal learning plans

-Ensure L&D requirements are translated into accessible and impactful learning, introducing new approaches to engage and challenge learners

-Facilitate the development of L&D tools and approaches based on external changes and trends
