Experienced project manager to manage an IT Outsourcing contract Exit project - duration approx. 8 months.

Deliverables: Contractual 'Exit' projects to include the following work-streams:

-Transition of IT Services to incoming services provider

-Financial

-Commercial / Contractual

-Legal

-People

-Governance

-IT Projects with contractual obligations to maintain environments to agreed version levels

Maintain BAU services at contracted levels unless varied through formal agreement with client

-Maintain service / information security integrity during the contract exit / transition process

-Provide agreed contract exit deliverables to the required quality criteria as and when requested by the client and obtain evidence of delivery / acceptance

-Ensure services to be transitioned are transferred, migrated or handed over with no unplanned service impact to the client

-Ensure all legacy infrastructure is decommissioned post completion of all contract exit activity

-Ensure all commercial agreements / leasing arrangements are closed

-Ensure all third party contracts are terminated or novated as appropriate

-Ensure people impacted by TUPE are managed in line with current legislation / rules

Location: UK based (ideally around Cambridge/Barnet) with a requirement to spend time on-site.
