Technology Architect - SC - Inside IR35 - Remote

We are currently looking for X2 Technology Architects to work for our client which is on a remote basis for a 12 month contract initially. This role is Inside IR35 and requires active security clearance.

Experience required:

- Monitor metrics provided by the services and made available via mechanisms including but

not limited to BES, the ECP Platform Health Dashboard, CloudWatch metrics.

- Maintain and update application code used within each of the services, such as but not

limited to:

- Python runtime

- Terraform

- GitHub Actions workflows

- Create, maintain and execute runbooks/playbooks against incidents and service requests,

- Create, maintain, and update tests and test infrastructure, such as but not limited to:

- BES Monitoring

- Integration with ECP Platform Health Dashboard

- Ensure GitHub deployment workflows remain operational, including but not limited to:

- Testing

- Reverting configuration created by the service when it risks operational availability

(such as an erroneous firewall rule)

- Service Review and Feedback to ECP Stakeholders on service metrics and incidents,

including feedback from customers
