Support the head of department with ensuring Cyber & Incident response related reporting, administration and delivery support coordination needs are met. A secondary element of this role is to engagement with the wider business stakeholders to gather information regards their current operations and how the SOC could support their security
Capabilities & Responsibilities:
Use of Task Planning & Management - Kanban:
* Utilise Kanban methodology for effective task planning and management to support cyber SOC operations
* Maintain Kanban boards to visualise workflow and prioritize tasks accordingly
Document Management / Control:
* Implement efficient document management and control for all work
* Ensure proper version control and access restrictions are in place
Cyber Decision control and coordination:
* Coordinate the programme decision log
* Seek formal agreement from key stakeholder on programme decisions
Stakeholder Management:
* Engaging with the wider business to gather information
* Keep programme stakeholder map up to date
* Cyber Service transition support:
* Coordinate stakeholders for approval of Service Transition to the SOC
* Document decisions made at Service Transition
Cyber Procurement process:
* Support in the creation of Purchase Orders
* Track spend with suppliers
* Ensure time-sheeting/certificates of acceptance match actual Cyber/SOC deliverables:
* Maintain records of contract timesheets and certificates of acceptance
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation for the engagement
Collation and submission of pre-meeting documentation/presentations:
* Gather and organize pre-meeting documentation and presentations
* Coordinate submission of materials to relevant parties ahead of scheduled meetings
Support with Cyber OKR/QBPR:
* Assist with meeting Cyber Security Objectives and Key Results
* Support the preparation and review of Quarterly Business Performance Reviews (QBPR)
Related Cyber Distribution Lists:
* Manage cyber distribution lists to ensure proper incident response
Part time resource for a period of 52 weeks (20 hours a week each, 4 hours a day)
£200pd Inside IR35 (50PH)
