On behalf of Tesco Bank, AMS are now looking for a PMO Manager based in Edinburgh (Hybrid- 2 days in a week) for an initial contract length of 6 months.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in managing and coordinating multiple workstreams and projects within the organisation.
Support project planning activities, including creating project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Monitor and track project progress, identifying any deviations from the plan and corrective actions as necessary.
Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Prepare and deliver packs, presentations, reports, and other project-related documentation using PowerPoint and other tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technology PMO experience preferred (Experience within a technology environment within Financial services).
Transitional service agreements experience. (Preferred)
Experience of using 'Kiplot' system would be hugely advantageous
Working in fast pace complex programme, including wider programme over multiple workstreams.
