SC cleared Developer - INSIDE IR35

An SC cleared Developer is required for a 12 month contract. The role is full time on site in Winchester (5 days per week) and is inside IR35 so will require working via and FCSA accredited umbrella company.

Essential skills and experience:

*Experienced with working with LAMP stack (Linux, Apache HTTP Server, MySQL (although Maria DB in this case) and PHP.

*Self-directing senior developer able to work without assistance due to the requirement being for one developer only.

*PHP web application coding

*Familiarity with Databases and SQL development (ideally MySQL/Maria DB experience).

*Familiarity with LDAP(ideally OpenLDAP)

*Migrating application code from PHP5 to PHP8 by remediating all deprecated or backwards incompatible code.

*Defect resolution.

*Support testing phases.

*Migrate DB data

*Perform go-live/switchover

*Decommission legacy system.
