We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to work for our client based in Edinburgh, this requirement is fully site based. The contract is Inside IR35.

Experience required:

- Supervising construction work.

- Inspection, risk and resolving issues.

- Strong time Management.

- Mechanical and or electrical discipline knowledge.

- Attend Contractor inductions to ensure compliance.

- Ensure that targets and expectations are met regarding health and safety, delivery to

build programme - including quality and cost.
