2nd and 3rd Line Support Engineers

Our client is currently looking for experienced 2nd Line and 3rd Line Support Engineers to work onsite in Edinburgh. SC Clearance is required. This contract is Inside IR35. 6 month initial contract.

Experience required:

- Previous experience providing 2nd or 3rd Line Support.

- Providing support of Microsoft Operating Systems, including configuration, management and

troubleshooting.

- Active Directory administration including Group Policy, application delivery and

troubleshooting issues.

- Mentor and educate the deskside support apprentices to improve their skills and first-time

fix rates

- Working within challenging SLA's and following escalation paths to the leadership team and

product specialists promptly when required.
