An existing client are currently looking for Salesforce Administrators. The role falls outside of ir35 and offers remote working. Please see an overview of the role below.

The business systems technical administrators will develop, design, administer and support implementation of Service Cloud, Salesforce CRM as well as the Events system currently underway across the company. Technologies include Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Experience Cloud), Jira and Eventsforce. There are two systems being decommissioned which are ITSM systems, FreshService and RemedyForce.

A key element of the roles will be to maintain and support the existing users of the business systems as well as develop and design the implementation for new and existing processes migrating onto our systems.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide system development and administration on Salesforce CRM - design technical solutions, system development and system administration. Manage the user interface through lightning

- Provide system development and administration on Freshdesk, - design technical solutions, system development and system administration until it is decommissioned.

- Provide system support RemedyForce for the external single service helpdesk until it is decommissioned.

- Provide system development and administration on Eventsforce - design technical solutions, system development and system administration.

- Provide system development and administration on Jira.

- Provide support service along with the business systems team for Service Desk, Events and CRM support including technical queries, usability, reporting, events, integration of systems, change requests and policy.

- Advise on opportunities for Service Desk, Events and CRM development to enhance corporate efficiency and effectiveness.

- Maintain system documentation.

- Consult users regarding system functionality and usability to enhance user experience.

- Prepare Service Desk and CRM reports and statistics as required.
