Supplier Enablement Analyst - 9 months - inside IR35 - Remote/ London

As part of our global Finance and Procurement transformation programme, this role will focus on the delivery of changes impacting our Source to Pay function that relates to the core UK phase of the programme. The role holder will work directly with suppliers and business SMEs in procurement and finance with a focus on ensuring suppliers transition into the new purchasing tool (Ariba network) smoothly.

The role is important because the programme is replacing a large part of our Finance systems estate across the BT Group, including the introduction of an Ariba network. In order to move our suppliers from our old systems to new, we need to ensure we sport our suppliers and stakeholders with this change.

What I'll be doing - your accountabilities Experience you would be expected to have

* Maintain and manage supplier data

* Liaising with the internal stakeholders

* Supplier data verification, data cleanse and data collection

* Developing and maintaining good working relationships with key internal stakeholders and keep them informed of the supplier enablement progress

* Mailbox maintenance to manage supplier responses to the communication

* Supporting suppliers with the transition - forwarding training materials, directing to supplier portal

* Supporting educational session for suppliers managed by SE lead

* Phone outreach to suppliers - where necessary * Must have a strong communication skills

* Strong MS Office skills (Excel & Word)

* Be able to hit the ground running with minimum supervision

* Efficient stakeholder management skills.

* Experience working with a variety of people within a dynamic, fast changing environment as part of a multi-functional team/project.
