Project co-ordinator PMO - inside IR35 - London/Hybrid - 3 months +

Our client is looking for a PMO Analyst to provide administration and analytical support to the PMO function for the programme, managing competing priorities and being flexible to support the team. It is a dynamic role that involves interactions with a wide number of stakeholders across the programme including, but not limited to, the project and programme managers, product managers and the HR team. Building relationships will be key to help get information required from stakeholders and manage actions. You'll also interface with the customer's Document Control team and help to run the document control process. This is a critical process for us to meet our contractual obligations and must be carefully managed and tracked.

*Proficient administration and project support / coordination skills, including some experience of working in a busy PMO function or support function

*Developing and producing project / programme reports in Excel including some data analysis and developing meeting packs in Powerpoint

*SharePoint management.

*The successful candidate must be willing to undergo BPSS Level Government Screening which requires residence in the UK for a minimum of 2 years

MANDATORY

*Excellent communication skills - written and oral

*Experiencing of working in a team supporting multiple team members

*Able to deal with multiple tasks and competing priorities

PREFERRED

*Awareness of project management processes
