We currently have a live requirement for an Oracle Business Analyst working on a public sector project. It's an initial 3-6 month contract working remotely with view to extend.
Responsibilities include:
* Mapping out of the business 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes for Forecast & Planning and Monthly Management Account Reporting.
* Identify baseline EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) reporting and dashboard requirements.
* Agreement between the Delivery Manager and the Sponsor on the MVP, i.e. identification of the 'must-haves' and the project delivery scope.
* Assess the Oracle system interfaces into Oracle HCM/ERP/Project modules and align to the MVP
* Assess the system interfaces requirements into internal systems in alignment with the MVP. Identify the cost benefit of change and determine what changes should be included within the scope of the project.
* Assess changes to the IT support model for Oracle EPM, e.g., support of new/changed system interfaces
* Identify training needs, development of training plans, and training plan execution
* Develop an FP&A communications plan and execute
