VMWare EUC Engineer - Horizon, VDI

You will be working at a 3rd line level on VMWare and Windows 10 Deployments. Candidates should be self sufficient with the majority of VMware & windows 10 skills. You will also need your own transport and be able to travel to sites as required.

Essential Skills include:

* 3-5 years minimum experience with supporting VMware EUC technologies (VDI Horizons, App Volumes, DEM/UEM, UAG & vSphere)

* 3-5 years minimum experience with Supporting Windows 10 - to a 3rd line level (GPO, AD, ATP & O365 Apps)

* Be comfortable engaging with end users of different technical skill levels in many varied environments, ensuring that customer focus/updating/keeping user informed remains a priority

* Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision and to identify/triage support issues reported by users or escalated from Service Desk/internal teams

* Comfortable working within an ITIL framework - i.e. ticketing system and answering/responding/closing incidents off

Desirable skills:

* Familiarity with Citrix Client

* SCCM installation/Management/Client Deployment
