Location: Basingstoke with travel to customer sites. Option for WFH 2 days per week

3month initial contract with chance for 12month extension

We are looking for a Project Manager to deliver business as usual (BAU) proven solutions that need project management. Your role will be accountable and responsible for confirming Requirements with the Client Authority (CA) on receipt of the request.

Responsibilities:-

? Accountable and responsible for engaging with the required resolver groups to brief and schedule a site survey if required

? Accountable and responsible of ensuring the survey outputs are documented and handed over to the CSA to create the Impact Assessment (IA)

? Accountable and responsible for reviewing the IA as part of the review process

? Accountable and responsible of creating the P&L and managing it to ensure the project is on Budget and making required margin

? Responsible for raising PO's for Bill of Material (BOM) and 3rd party costs

? Accountable and responsible for creating the delivery plan (template provided) to ensure time frames are kept

? Accountable to ensure the Design Packs are completed

? Accountable and responsible the ECR process 1 to 5 is followed

? Accountable and responsible the OCR process is followed for changes and outages

? Accountable and responsible the GC deliver as per JSP604 standards

? Accountable of requesting staging of the BOM to the FJ build Centre Warrington once the order has arrived

? Accountable to ensure the BOM is delivered to site for that IA

? Accountable and responsible of engaging Secure Engineering and 3rd parties to complete installation work as agreed with the CA

? Accountable and responsible for resolving any snagging for that IA

? Accountable and responsible of managing the scope and change for that IA

? Accountable and responsible to provide structured reporting during delivery which includes progress to schedule and finance to schedule all to a baselined time frame and cost model

? Accountable and responsible to obtain CA sign off on completion of IA as per financial forecast

*Stakeholder management

*JSP604 governance (SRR, LSRB, R&D, ORR, iATO, ATO) (Desirable)

*Levels of experience from simple to complex projects

*Dependency Management

*Resource Management

*Schedule Management

*Cost Management

*Project management qualification such as Prince 2 and PMP

*Commercially aware

*Excellent soft skills
