We are looking for an experienced DV cleared Work Package Manager for a contract role initially for 12 months.

DV Clearance required

Based at Cheltenham

12 month duration

Inside IR35

Responsibilities

*Expected to work with clients, with responsibility for achieving client satisfaction, producing deliverables to expected quality and within commercial constraints.

*Will need to build and maintain strong client relationships as will be often embedded in the client's delivery teams working directly with client staff and consultants from other organisations.

*Contribute and collaborate with a range of stakeholders routinely. Being adaptable and flexible to suit the circumstances, being prepared to work either at a high-level or at a detailed level when its required.

Skills and experience:

*A proven and successful background in stage and project management. With a broad range of management and project management skills. An in-depth knowledge of at least one relevant business sector. May be a noted expert in a particular functional or industry sector area.

*APMP or Prince2 qualified

*Commercial skills with a proven understanding of bidding and contract management / award. Experience Procurement and acquisition cycles.

*Strong in finance management with a proven track record of supplier management.

*Demonstrable experience of working on projects and assignments, with evidence of responsibility to deliver in time pressured and complex technical or intense stakeholder environments.

*Experience and delivery of the processes and products involved in successful project planning and implementation.

*Problem identification, report writing, recommending actions working knowledge of financial processes and ability to report financial data would be advantageous.
