My client is an IT service provider who requires a 1st line / heldesk engineer to provide support to their customer on-site in Haverhill.

START: ASAP

DURATION 12 MONTHS

RATE: £16.00 PER HOUR (INSIDE IR35)

LOCATION: HAVERHILL

What is the role doing?

1.First line helpdesk / support.

2.The logging and resolving of 1st / 2nd line call in normal hours

3. General office / windows support.

4. Complete scripted firmware / software builds.

5. Desk relocations

6. Wiping and arranging disposal of old PC hardware.

7. Meeting room support and checks.

8. Asset Logging

9.Mobile Phone Deployment
