One of our clients are looking to recruit a Project Resource Lead on a 12 month contract with the idea of going permanent after.

SC clearance required

12 months to perm

Mostly remote, might be required at Cheltenham on an adhoc basis

Reporting to the Market Resource Manager. The role works collaboratively with Market projects to support, understand and communicate resource requirements. The role involves facilitating appropriate deployments of quality resources against key priorities in a timely manner, monitoring performance progress whilst highlighting and managing rotations and exits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise, at a minimum weekly, with Project Managers/Leads to identify resource gaps, prioritise recruitment campaigns and discuss workforce.

- Coordinate recruitment campaigns through the central contingent workforce team.

- Shortlist and qualify candidates for telephone interviews.

- Conduct 1st stage telephone interviews and, if required, shortlist for 2nd stage with Project Managers/Leads and/or Practice Hiring Manager/s.

- For contractor recruitment, complete offer paperwork in liaison with Project Managers/Leads and the central contingent workforce team.

- Maintain accurate centralised data on the requirements and a demand picture, sharing it with the appropriate parties.

- Maintain an accurate organisation chart of your resources updated with key Management information (MI).

- Work with the team to build a central resource pool that aligns with future tasking demands.

- Ensure appropriate escalation of resource issues to the Resource Manager where necessary.

- Work with the market Security Lead to ensure that new starters are professionally onboarded and leavers are effectively managed through the exit process.

- Work with the Supply Chain and Contract Resource Lead to support contingent worker appointments and extensions.

- Maintain an accurate resource requirements register.

- Maintain an accurate cliff edge report.

- Produce contractual reports required by the framework contracts.

- Support Load Capacity input

The Person:

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, with drive and determination.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as being a self-starter.

- Resilience and professional working ethos.

- Focussed and strong attention to detail.

- IT literate and intermediate knowledge of MS Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
