We are now seeking a Solution Architect with specific experience in IT Service Management tooling and integration.

IT Services have several existing tools that are in the main not currently integrated. We have done an amount of business process work that provides some context for our Architect. Key tools include Ivanti as our main ITSM tool and Jira for engineering.

The aims of this role are to:

1)Provide an overall solution architecture that at a high-level states which key capabilities are to be deliver via which of our strategic tools; and which data is mastered by the strategic tools.

2)Where there are gaps or deficiencies in our toolset to make recommendations based on market assessment of any additional or replacement tools we may need.

3)To define the integration flows required between our systems to enable prioritised IT process to be implemented. These are to be provided at the level that enables our integration engineering team to design and build the required interfaces.
