SC cleared automation test engineer

London/Remote

£400-£450 per day

Outside IR35

ASAP start

6 Month+ contract

We are currently looking for an automation test engineer for immediate start on a contract basis. Current SC clearance is preferred for an ASAP start.

Key Skills:

*To support the Test Tooling and Automation work stream in managing the implementation of the automation capability on the programme

*To shadow the suppliers and understand how the automation solution has been configured and scripted, with a view of maintaining the solution in the future

*To lead the management of dependencies related to tooling including providing test data, providing access to test scripts, providing test devices and supporting discussions around the access to test environments

*Supporting the Automation lead in setting up workshops to aid supplier and automation discussions

*To support initiatives around the improvement of the defect management tooling

*Supporting the evaluation of automation solutions and how this could fit into the target state for the programme

*Supporting the integration of tooling on the programme with tools used by the department

*Been able to liaise with various stakeholders when it comes to tooling, including usage and training

*To review technical outputs from the suppliers and partners and evaluate these, including working with the suppliers to shape outputs

*To provide input into key programme artefacts related to tooling such as roadmaps, strategies and target operating model
