My client is an IT service provider who requires a 2nd Line Deskside Support Engineer to provide support to one of their public sector customers.

RATE: £17.50 - £20.00 PER HOUR (INSIDE IR35)
LOCATION: WORCESTER based(with some travel)
Senior Customer Engineer required for 2nd line deskside support in Worcester.
W10/W7 OS experience
0365 experience
HW break/fix IMACD
Experience of ticket management in Remedy system would be ideal.
AD, SCCM and software installation.
Must have excellant customer facing skills as this role is interfacing with trust staff at all levels.
Desirable previous NHS experience but not essential.
Part of a team of 2 desktop 2nd line engineers.
Worcester Royal hospital base but covering Alexander Hospital Redditch and Kidderminster treatment centre plus a number of other local sites in Worcestershire.
