SC Tester / Test Analyst - Oracle ESB HR x 5

Location: Gosport (5 days per week)

IR35: Inside

Role: Functional HR Tester required to work as part of a team of testers

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate as a member of a Test Team with little to no guidance

* Mentor peers

* Report to project management and Test Leads within a project

* Understand and support project deliverables

* Analyse and design test scripts from derived requirements

* Analyse and gather test data for use in functional test scripts

* Execute test cases

* Ensure the delivery of testing services by the testing team for medium to large projects and medium to large complexity under Project Test Leads guidance

* Support knowledge management and collaboration through participation in testing discussions and improving testing collateral through lessons learned

* Any other reasonable duties commensurate with role as directed by Project Test Managers / Project Test Lead

Essential Skills:

* SC, or SC clearable

* UK Nationality

* 3 years HR processing or testing

Desirable Skills:

* 3 years Testing experience

* Experience of Oracle EBS HR

* Working knowledge of HP ALM / QC or similar testing tools

* A good understanding of test environments and build management procedures

* ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certification in software testing
