2nd Line Desktop Engineer - SC/DV Cleared

An experience 2nd line desktop engineer is required. You will have in-depth experience of Windows 10 and 7 desktops. Working in a team supporting a large client with 100s of users.

Technical skills:

-Active Directory for account management

-Messaging - Outlook and Exchange

-Microsoft Office

-Networking - switches and patching

You will need strong customer service skills for this position as you will have direct contact with users requiring assistance, supporting a live service.

Experience of SCCM would be beneficial.

This role is site based, 5 days per week. You will need provide cover at other sites at times.

A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 18 weeks.
