My client who is based in London is looking for a Change and Comms Support consultant for an initial 6-9 month contract with the potential to extend.

The implementation of the Finance Operating Model will be complex as it will be phased across a period of months and years, at the same time as other changes are taking place. The Change and Comms Support role will be critical in owning all administrative activity for the Change and Comms team, enabling the rest of the team to focus on delivery and using their knowledge and experience to best effect.

What you'll be doing:

*Coordinating logistics eg. sending invitations, arranging virtual / conference sessions

*Evaluating change and comms activities e.g. measuring uptake, gathering feedback

*Providing general administrative and PMO support to the Change and Comms team

Experience Required:

MANDATORY

*PMO / administrative experience, ideally related to transformation and organisational change

*Experience of interacting with senior stakeholders

PREFERRED

*Knowledge / experience in Finance is useful but not mandatory

*Experience in change and comms would be preferred
