My client is looking for a deployment and in life Operations Manager.

The Sales Tools & Systems Deployment & In-life Operations Manager is responsible for defining and implementing in-life service management of the sales tools & systems, and working with delivery partners to agree an effective and cost efficient operational way of working.

The role will be responsible for defining the services to be provided, capturing & managing service delivery metrics, and focusing on root cause analysis for improvement initiatives.

The role manages a team of professional resources with the knowledge, skills, and experience of the -to-order processes and the enabling sales tools & systems.

The role will work closely with other sales tools & systems team members such as capability requirements, governance & demand, capability design, and optimization, and the delivery partners for the design, development, release, and deployment of capabilities.

What you would be doing:

*Ensuring trading reliability for sales channels using process capabilities deployed within sales tools & systems (i.e. salesforce.com, Cloudsense CPQ, SmartCorrespond, Echo-sign, UKB/Agent Desktop)

*Improving the UX of sales users by ensuring an efficient and effective in-life service model is implemented and managed.

*Ensuring delivery partners deliver to agreed quality, time, effort, cost levels

*Working closely with delivery partners to identify and resolve root cause analysis

*Defining and maintaining a service catalogue for Enterprise Sales Enablement sales tools & systems

*Defining and managing service management metrics for Enterprise Sales Enablement sales tools & systems

*Ensuring governance and control of the allocation of licences to user groups

*Managing a team a Sales Tools Deployment & In-life Operations Professionals

*Working closely with sales tools & systems work-streams (requirements, design, optimization & innovation, deployment & in-life operations)

Experience Required:

Mandatory

*Knowledge of the software development life-cycle

*Knowledge of BT/Telco product propositions

*A deep functional/technical understanding of process capabilities deployed within sales tools & systems (i.e. salesforce, Cloudsense CPQ, Agent Desktop)

*A deep understanding of ITIL and service management frameworks and models

*Knowledge of approaches to estimate time, effort and cost for the design & development of process capabilities within Enterprise sales tools & systems

*Knowledge of the commercial sales productivity drivers (revenue, margin, cost of sale, cost to serve), and the efficiency and effectiveness levers which influence sales force productivity

*Knowledge of the Telco BSS/OSS model

*Knowledge of BT Enterprise architecture

*Knolwedge of the BT data architecture

*Knowledge of master data management processes and tools within BT

*Experience of using Agile SCRUM methodology

*Experience with functional/technical capability of salesforce.com (sales cloud/service cloud)
