Data Officer & Data Administrator - Inside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and process business data from Local Authorities for Spot Checks

* Help to manage, maintain, develop and support a range of databases & spreadsheets.

* Cleansing and improving business data received using third party contractors

* Booking/scheduling business data into operations

* Preparing & sending data to third parties via Citrix Sharefile

* Be a point of contact for any data queries that may arise

* Help to manage, maintain, develop and support a range of databases & spreadsheets.

* Dealing with ad hoc queries re businesses data

* Working as an integral member of the (LA) Spot Check Team

Essential Skills:

* Advanced Excel skills to manipulate, manage and analyse data - VLOOKUP's, HLOOKUP's, IndexMatch, COUNTIF and Macros.

* Experience of using Power query.

* Experienced analysing large datasets, drawing out insight and key trends.

* Excellent standard of oral communication.

* Planning, co-ordination and organisational skills with the ability to meet challenging deadlines.

* Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to use own initiative.

* Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and react quickly to emerging challenges
