SC Cleared Finance Lead

My Client is currently looking for a SC Cleared Finance Lead to join them on a contract basis.
You will help align the organisation spending with strategic goals. You will help the organisation improve resource planning, employee engagement, and organisational collaboration.
Key Skills:
*CCAB Part Qualified Accountant or AAT
*Experience leading other Zero Based Reviews/Budgets
*Experience of producing management accounts
*Understanding of the public spending and reporting framework - including budgets, estimates, financial reporting and public sector finances.
*Strong ability to present financial analysis in a form that is suitable for non-finance colleagues
*Experience of process mapping and designing out waste
*Good verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff Knowledge of various IT & finance systems - Preferably Google including statistical functions, data manipulation and presentation
