My client is looking for a ITIL Service Support Analyst to assist on an initial 3 month contract Inside IR35.

The chosen candidate must be able to demonstrate the following experience within their CV:

Previous experience of Service acceptance, acceptance into service,

Supported new services, dealt with operational issues.

Background within Service delivery, customer services/Service Desk environment.

Incident and problem management.

ServiceNow, and ITIL foundation V3.

Experience: essential:

Transitioning Changes into live service

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Experience of working in a customer facing environment

A structured approach to problem solving

An ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work in a demanding environment with competing priorities

ITIL V3 Foundation certification

Experience of using ServiceNow

Experience of working in an IT environment

Daily rate £250 inside IR35

The role is remote from home due to COVID restrictions, and then will be based from the customer site in Liverpool.
