My client who is based in London is looking for a Service Enablement Project Manager for an initial 6 month contract with the potential to extend.

Our Emergency Services customers demand the right ESN products to carry out their essential duties, saving lives and keeping us safe. This job is essential to ensuring that ESN products are successfully launched, on time, with the right customer experience and to cost.

Building mobile capability, this will be a replacement for the tetra radio network.

Skills Required for the job:

*Fluent in use of Microsoft project and other project planning tools

*Good stakeholder management and wide business change experience

*Project Management certification (nice to have)

*Ability to pass basic security essential, must be willing to sign Official Secrets Act declaration to work on the programme

-Evidence of schedule management and drawing the business and technical view point into delivery plan that will go into business case

-Flex in moving to an AGILE view

Accountabilities:

*Owns and manages the Product Support Launch plan across all workstreams including:

oLaunch readiness

oTechnology

oService Readiness

*Focussed on managing the plan for business deliverables in the early product stages and managing the launch readiness countdown in the latter stages e.g. T-3 months from launch

*Responsible for reporting on progress against plan into PMO

*Manages relationship with Authority business lead PM and other equivalent Supplier PMs

*Identifies, manages and escalates launch risks, issues and dependencies to deliver the product

*Manages integrated product plans with the EE, Authority and Supplier product management teams

*Manages plans for subsequent product releases to provide additional capability ensuring alignment/adherence to overall release management plan

*Aligninging to GO stage gate governance structure contract through to design.

*Delivery management managing relationships with lead PMs and equivalent supplier PMs given integrated Plan view.

*Product delivery on behalf of the HO.
