Role requirements:

Diary forward look for the day, the next day and the next week - highlighting any major meetings and ensuring the dial in details are emailed in a timely manner.

* To provide full context and support by:

* Reading all papers relating to the meetings and presenting the key and salient points to the Team

* Providing a follow up debrief for internal meetings where slides were shared, ensuring that the Team Leader is abreast of all information that was not able to access during the call.

* Ensuring the Team Leader is informed of all relevant information on the team and all staff meetings.

* Proactively scan through emails and information and highlight the high priority areas or those from external stakeholders and those requesting information assistance etc.

*Tracking of actions and any milestones approaching. Acting as the early warning highlighting when key activities should be completed.

* Ability to draft emails once provided with the context and scope from the Team Leader.

* To attend meetings/external engagement events as an escort/aid for the Team Leader, providing accessibility assistance once we are not working remotely.

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
