SC High Performance Compute SME
The Storage/Network Subject Matter Expert (SME) (HPC) is an architect for the storage/network component of the High Performance Compute technical solution. The Storage/Network SME (HPC) is to understand customer's business environment, business drivers and, business and commercial issues. This understanding is to be used to:
¾Inform the development and maintenance of the High Performance Compute project's RCTM with the HPC SME Lead.
¾Contribute to Design workshops and engage with the customers experts to assure the High Performance Compute project's approach and output artefacts.
¾Contribute to solution / service / security trade-off decisions.
¾Contribute to developing and documenting the Design of the High Performance Compute project's solution during the Design Phase of the High Performance Compute project.
¾Assist with the High Performance Compute project's performance benchmarking of the solution.
¾Prepare for the Implementation Phase of the High Performance Compute project.
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
