ROLE - DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

DURATION - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

LOCATION - BRUSSELS

RATE - EUR42 EUROS PER HOUR

Our client is looking for a Medior Go-To-Market Music Specialist.

Our objective is to put Pickx/Pickx Live on the market.

We create a unique, reliable experience on our Picxk platforms (TV, Web, App). We present a cool and coherent content on all screens to satisfy our customers and attract prospect to our platforms.

In this role, GTM Music experience creates and coordinates a 360° plan in order to reach the KPI's together with all the stakeholders (DIG, COM, Sponsoring, CNT,…) & external Music partners in a structured way.

Job description :

* You are the Marketing SPOC and the main one for Music content/sponsoring.

* You manage the Marketing budget.

* You are responsible for the yearly Marketing Plan based on Music content - and partnerships. You create briefings to different teams in order to implement all the marketing actions.

* You are responsible for the prioritization and exploration of each initiative in close collaboration with the Music Squad.

* Pickx Awareness and Traffic building, usage stimulation are the main objectives.

* For existing customers we have a loyalty program Enjoy ! with unique experiences, hot deals and surprises. All Music related actions are your responsibility (briefings, contests, …).

* You are responsible for the implementation of your actions, the follow up and the learning after each action. You adapt accordingly in order to achieve your KPI's.

* You are responsible for the reporting of all your actions.

Degree & Experience :

* Bachelor degree or higher

* 3 years of GTM experience, preferable with a link to the Music Industry

* Budget management skills

* Strong communication skills

* Detail oriented

* You can manage priorities based on the strategy and you are flexible for last minute changes.

Languages

* You have a fluent knowledge of French and English (written and oral). Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
