C# Azure Developer

We have a contract opportunity for a highly motivated C# Azure Developer to join Ordnance Survey's Business and Fulfilment Services Engineering team. This role is to work with a newly formed team on a project developing with Azure technologies to deliver products to our customers and Operational functionality to our business users.

Location: Hampshire/Working from home

Contract in the scope of IR35

Experience & Technologies:

*Strong demonstrable knowledge and experience of C# and Azure

*REST API and system integration experience

*Azure Functions and Logic Apps experience

*Experience working on EDI project desirable

*Experience of Azure and Devops would be an advantage

*Creating and utilising release pipelines for CI/CD

*Good knowledge of agile methodologies and software engineering best practice

Behaviours:

*You will work closely with other Software Engineers and Test Analysts, ensuring work meets the requirements and ambitions of our stakeholders, whilst contributing to effective agile delivery

*You will be expected to work on integrating azure functions, logic apps and other external systems together using APIs and best practice of design patterns - so previous project experience of integration within Azure is essential.

*You will provide contribute to the team's daily stand-ups, planning and retrospectives. Ensure best practices are used, and team and project quality standards are adhered to.
