Training Needs Analysis, Design and Development consultancy, supporting the main client in the delivery of outputs for the IBM Guardian project:

* To support the application of JSP 822 across all areas of the training process.

* To work as part of the Atkins training team, working in a regulatory environment (Air Defence).

* To support all phases of Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

* To Design and Development technical Operator training, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and workshop management.

The role will involve (but not limited to) the following:

Essential:

* Demonstrable experience in the application of JSP 822 - Analysis, Design and Development.

* RAF TG 12 Operator Experience

* Design and development of equipment based technical training

* Stakeholder engagement and workshop management

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
