Our Client urgently looking for a McAfee Systems Engineer.

Please note that to be considered for this position, active SC clearance is required as a minimum.

The Information Technology (IT) Modernization (ITM) project will transform the way IT services are provided to users across the NATO enterprise, including the NATO Command Structure (NCS), the NATO Headquarters (NHQ), elements of the NATO Force Structure and NATO agencies. This will be achieved by modernizing, consolidating, and centralizing the infrastructure and service management, and by pooling and abstracting resources. In turn, this will allow an enterprise perspective to be taken, and services to be delivered according to standard and measureable service level agreements, offering a higher quality, more flexible, resilient, and secure set of services at significantly lower costs to the user community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1.Implementing McAfee product design from the ground up

2.Building out 3 datacenters and 28 sites to support McAfee infrastructure

3.Manage HIPS, DLPe, Application Control, Change Control, ENS policies

4.Expert-level knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and applications, preferably Windows 10, Windows Server 2016

5.Building, configuring, and deploying enterprise policy orchestrator and agent handler servers

6.Perform ePO server administrative tasks

7.Review policies and exceptions for the various End Point Security modules and provide best practice recommendations

8.Provide knowledge transfer to Customer personnel on McAfee solutions

9.Analyze, architect, test and document deployment strategy of endpoint security systems mandated by client

10.Work directly with Vendor and Engineering on improvements of the project's solutions

11.Generate solutions to complex problems which integrate into the program environment

12.Identify issues and create improvement processes to help with the reduction of incident outage times

13.Operational understating of server-desktop type enterprise application setups

14.Operational understating of packaging, distribution, and post deployment configuration of common productivity software

15.Operational understating of virtual desktop infrastructure, preferably VMware Horizon View

Qualifications:

*5-8 years of related systems engineering experience

*Must possess and maintain a US Top Secret clearance.

*Install, configure, and maintain the McAfee framework and associated product suites

*Conduct major version upgrades of McAfee servers and clients

*Create custom policies for HIPS, DLP, Change Control,

*Implement, operate, and maintain network security devices

*Work with security engineering team to integrate new capabilities, plan lifecycle replacements, and provide input into the security architecture roadmaps

*Maintain, configure and troubleshoot Linux based appliances and servers to include McAfee IDS/IPS

*Create programmatic documentation, standard operating procedures and granular process checklists

*Manage the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems

*Maintain the integrity and security of servers and systems

*Sets up administrator and service accounts

*Maintain system documentation

*Interact with users and evaluates vendor products

*Develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.

*Develop and implement testing strategies and document results

*Demonstrated understanding of End Point Security impacts on virtual desktops, databases

*Experience configuring Microsoft Group Policy

*Experience integrating End Point Security in a Microsoft Windows 7 & 10 in a VDI environment

*Demonstrated ability to work with little or no supervision

*Demonstrated ability to define and refine application virtualization requirements for customer environments

*Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and external teams to gather critical project information.

*Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Management

*This position is required to travel up to 25% of the time to overseas sites.
