Under minimal supervision, the SharePoint Content Manager and Site Collection Administrator works as a member of COI Cooperation service team to support the administration, user accounts management, technical support, and design and implementation of COI collaboration sites. Upon request and under direction of the COI Service Delivery Manager, successful candidate will perform following activities on classified and unclassified domains:

*Provide automation and increased efficiency to management of user data base with high operational tempo and in accordance to polices and directives;

*Day-to-day administration of COI Common space (i.e. update of COI-Common library, News/Announcement section, Service catalogue and more);

*Provide first-level technical support to COI site owners and individual end users;

*Establish and maintain an effective and collaborative relationship with NATO enterprise customers, end users and other team members;

*Additional responsibilities include functional testing of custom solutions and

*On-site and off-site training of the COI Site Owners community

Skills and Experience

Required Qualification and Experience:

*Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or 2016 Certification followed by at least 4-6 years of work experience with site administration, creation of custom content, technical support, management of permissions, creation of workflows and configuring web parts;

*At least 2-4 years of experience with technical writing, technical documentation and/or training end users of software systems;

*Experience utilizing and integrating Microsoft Office products to include SP Designer, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and OneNote with SharePoint and other Enterprise Systems;

*Experience in collecting and analysing SP portals usage;

*Self-motivated, shows initiative, and works with minimal direction

*Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and

*Excellent spoken and written English and good presentation skills.

Desired Skills:

*Knowledge of knowledge management and SP information architecture best practices;

*Knowledge of polices and directives on Information Management;

*Work experience with Directory, Identity and Access Management in an Enterprise environment and

*Experience with migration from one version of SharePoint to another is desired (2013 and 2016).
