My telecommunications client is looking for an experienced Wireless Deployment Programme Manager to join their team in Reading. They are looking for someone to start ASAP on a 6 month contract initially.

Main Requirements:

* Strong experience in E2E Wireless Network Deployment

* Strong experience in Design, Acquisition, Deployment/Build, Handover.

* Strong team-management & interpersonal skills

* Good knowledge in Transmission Deployment an advantage

* Very target focused in demanding environment

* Customer facing role; customer reports & presentations required

* Workflow management experience - milestone alignment, data entry and reporting

* Strong knowledge of RAN processes & tools

* Strong skills in basic IT (Excel, MPP, PowerPoint)

* Strong communication skills

* War Room experience a strong advantage - strong 3rd party interaction

* Maintain Programme of Works with Risk and issue management

* Experienced in the up-keep of data integrity within multiple toolsets

The Wireless Deployment Programme Manager will be responsible for the close management of multiple sub-projects within a fast-moving national network rollout. Each sub-project will require differing approaches with varying targets, SLAs and KPIs associated, and the candidate will be responsible for owning, tracking and delivering against each (with a team of PMs, DMs and TEs supporting).

Following in the direction of an already established and highly successful RAN Deployment network Programme, the candidate will be exposed to a high-pressure environment to deliver against often ambitious targets. Full support will be provided by incumbent teams/departments across Product Line, Technical, and PMO.

The candidate must be based/travel as requested in Reading.
