We have an urgent requirement for a hands on VIP Support Team Leader to oversee a team of 4 coordinating and allocating work as well as dealing with escalations. You will also be responsible for providing hands on support to executive level users.
Essential experience includes:
* Demonstrable experience in a Team Leader position managing permanent and contract resources
* Hardware support (handset, mobile devices/monitor/keyboard/mouse/Software support)
* Windows Desktop Operating Systems, such as Windows 7, 32 & 64 bit as well as Proven knowledge and experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office
* Networking knowledge ego LAN/WAN Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc….Audio Visual Room Support (presentation on screen online sharing via Skype/WebEx
* ITSM tools e.g. Servicenow, Remedy, Hornbill, Sunrise, Landesk(preferably 2 tools)
* ITIL V3 Foundation as a minimum requirement
* Skype/Cisco Productivity tools/Surface Hub
* Desktop/Thin Client Hardware
* VMWARE Horizon View Print Server/MFP Printers
* Understanding of TCP/IP and popular networking topology's
* Mobile devices configuration
* Excellent customer experience to work with the organization Senior Management
