The role will require the ability to research and pull together complex information from a number of areas with the ability to develop professional content from scratch. Therefore demonstrable stakeholder and analysis skills are key requirements.
You will support the activity to deliver a secondment scheme to industry, a Cyber apprenticeship scheme as well as developing some resourcing guidance to help build key products for our Government Security cross Government resourcing hub.
- Providing quality advice and a responsive service to stakeholders and line managers
- Researching, analysing and developing information/data to support guidance tools and briefing
- Building relationships with key stakeholders across the security function and in other professional teams in Cabinet Office
- Drafting line management packs, preparing briefings and assisting in training
- Preparing guidance/policy/ and general materials for resourcing, secondments and apprenticeships
Essential Skills/Experience required:
- Strong background in HR Advice, experience of helping to set up apprenticeship schemes etc would be beneficial
- CIPD, MCIPD, studying towards or equivalent experience
- Experience of working within Government/Public Sector organisations
- Flexible approach, good planning and prioritisation and the ability to work autonomously with strong delivery approach
- Strong drafting skills with demonstrable experience of developing HR guidance and supporting line managers.
