Job role: Head Identity and Access Management

Location: London

Contract duration: 3 Months Initially (Inside of IR35)

The client is looking for an experienced Head of Identity and Access Management to join there London based team to provide both secure and reliable Identity and Access Management services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, integrating, securing and administering identity and security access for user and functional accounts using Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).

Specialist knowledge:

*Expert awareness of technology security principles and practices and sources of further advice, including sound technical understanding of issues in technology security.

*Thorough understanding of the implications of the spread of the Digital Service's client base (members/admin & Commons/Lords)

*Expert knowledge of Microsoft's Identity and Access Management suite

*Excellent technical skills to gain respect of technical colleagues and communicate effectively with them re Technology security priorities

*Ability to support technology forensic investigation (systems and data interrogation), with awareness of HR considerations / best practice around process and procedure

*Active Directory (Must be familiar with forest and domain design, trusts, directory structure, GPO, security best practices, etc.)

*Web Access Management using standard solutions such as CA SSO

*Single Sign-on and Federation using standard protocols and frameworks such as Kerberos, SPNEGO, SAML 2.0, ADFS, OpenID Connect, etc.

*Privileged Access Management using solutions

*Two-factor Authentication and modern authentication

*Adaptive Authentication

*Device Authentication & Profiling

*Identity Management (requesting, automated provisioning, de-provisioning, reconciliation, certification, etc.)

*Public and Private Cloud IAM (Familiarity with IaaS, PaaS solutions such as Azure AD and AWS as well as securing SaaS)

*Windows Security

*PKI
