My client urgently requires a 2nd Line Support Engineer to work from the customer site in Edinburgh.
Day to Day Duties & Expectations:
> Resolving incident tickets, requests, stock requests.
> General issue troubleshooting and assistance of the workforce there.
Candidate Skills & Experience in detail:
> Good level of customer engagement experience as they will be based full-time on customer site and the sole presence of Computacenter.
> Will also need to have experience of Office365 and Windows10
Technologies & Applications used:
? Office 365, ServiceNow. ITSM.
Team size or working alone?:
> Working alone physically, but will have wider engineering and service management team they will engage with remotely
