Support Co-ordinator

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Co-Ordinator, which may suit a Junior Project Manager, Junior Business Analyst or a recent technical graduate. The role will be responsible for managing a process or a spreadsheet in order to ensure all requests are managed.

Main Responsibilities include:

- Generation of requests for the creation or cloning of database environments. Requests to be undertaken by other teams

- the monitoring & management of the utilisation of new and existing environments

- Monitoring and reporting on the capacity utilisation of new and existing environments.

- Patching Monitoring & Coordination, to include

-- Add and update information on patch level data within the client's environment

-- Liaise with SME/Technical Teams for updates reading patching and environment usage

An understanding of the following is required:

- MS Office (Excel, Project)

- IBM Hardware

- HPE Hardware

- Infrastructure (Hardware stack, SAN to Server, inc Networking)

- Oracle Stack (DB, Middleware, Apps)

- Microsoft Operating environment products Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory

- Configuration management, development cycle, release management.
